DAIICHI JITSUGYO CO., LTD. (hereinafter "DJK ") received a "B" score-the third highest rating-in the 2025 "Climate Change" assessment conducted by the CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project)*, an international environmental non-profit organization.

■Assessment Details
The CDP score consists of an eight-level scales (A, A-, B, B-, C, C-, D, D-). “B” score indicates that DJK is effectively managing climate-related risks and impacts and has implemented concrete mitigation and adaptation measures. DJK has participated in CDP’s climate change questionnaire since fiscal 2023 and improved its score from "C" in the previous year to "B" this year, representing a two-grade improvement.

■Company's Initiatives
To realize a sustainable and resilient society, DJK has identified "Addressing Climate Change and Enhancing Supply Chain Resilience" as a material issue. We are actively promoting initiatives to reduce GHG emissions across all group companies and accelerates the adoption of environmentally conscious products. Additionally, DJK has set a long-term target of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 and will continue to accelerate measures to minimize its environmental footprint.
