  • Notes:
  • 1. DJK and its consolidated subsidiaries in Japan and overseas are included in the calculation of emissions, but small sites with a limited effect on overall emissions are excluded.
  • 2. For Scope 2 emission factors, we use utility-specific emission factors for the market-based approach and the nationwide average emission factor for the location-based approach at domestic sites. For overseas sites, country-specific emission factors published by IGES and other sources were used through FY2023. From FY2024 onward, we use country-specific emission factors published by the IEA.
  • 3. For Scope 3 Category 8, DJK uses leased assets such as tenant buildings, leased commercial vehicles, and leased office equipment; however, the energy consumption associated with these assets is appropriately accounted for under Scope 1 and Scope 2.
  • 4. Scope 3 Categories 9, 10, and 11 are excluded from our calculations, as the diversity of products sold and delivery destinations makes it difficult to obtain accurate data or perform reasonable estimations.
