This system enables non-contact, fully automated visual inspection of vehicle bodies, replacing manual inspection processes. Through equipment automation and AI-powered data analysis, it delivers improved quality consistency, enhanced quality assurance, and reduced labor requirements.

Devices Area
High-Precision, Real-Time 3D Measurement (Miwa Electric Industrial Corporation, manufactured by CCS Inc.)
The system leverages "Light Field Camera" technology to enable automated inspection with micron-level height measurement in a single shot. By combining LED lighting technology with advanced line lighting techniques, it delivers cleaner data acquisition compared to laser-based systems, with significantly reduced noise. The system supports inspection applications including wire bonding shape verification, CMOS gold wire inspection, and weld mark visual inspection.
