1. “Total SMT Solution” for High Productivity and Quality
Centered on Panasonic’s latest placement machines, DJK India will demonstrate a complete SMT line combining equipment and technologies from multiple manufacturers in Japan and overseas, covering PCB supply, printing, placement, inspection, reflow, and conveyance. In addition, DJK India will propose a comprehensive solution encompassing line-wide data integration through management software as well as O&M (operation and maintenance), helping customers improve productivity and quality while reducing labor requirements.

2. Total Motor Manufacturing Solution Combining Key Technologies
Centered on winding machines from NITTOKU, a global market leader, DJK India will exhibit and introduce equipment for key motor manufacturing technologies, including magnetization, insulating powder coating, and inspection. Equipment from NITTOKU FA INDIA PVT LTD, a joint venture between DJK and NITTOKU, will also be exhibited. Through this company, DJK will further strengthen its sales and maintenance support structure and help customers address challenges in India’s motor manufacturing market.
