DE C.V., will exhibit for the first time at SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum, an exhibition for electronics manufacturing and assembly technologies to be held in Guadalajara, Mexico, from October 7 to October 8, 2026.

DJK Global Mexico will propose a wide range of solutions for SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes tailored to customers’ production challenges. These solutions support the development of efficient production lines covering component placement and related processes.

・Auto Splicing Unit / L-900 (YOUNGPOOL Technology Co., Ltd.)

The L-900 automatically connects (splices) the end of a carrier tape used to supply components in the SMT process to the beginning of a new tape. By automating the splicing process, the system helps reduce operator-related variations and errors while maintaining consistent quality. This contributes to stable SMT line operation and improved productivity.
The L-900 supports paper and embossed tapes in widths of 8, 12, 16, and 24 mm. It also offers image-recognition-based empty-pocket detection and can be integrated with factory production management systems as needed.

MiniCobo is a lightweight, compact six-axis collaborative robot that can be installed even in space-constrained environments. By automating repetitive tasks, it helps reduce labor requirements at manufacturing sites and enables flexible production line configurations.
In addition to intuitive drag teaching, MiniCobo supports visual programming and can be configured and operated from PCs, tablets, and smartphones.

The CT4-LX is a compact label printer capable of both writing data to RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tags and printing labels. Its large 4.3-inch color touchscreen provides at-a-glance visibility of printer status and enables intuitive configuration of various settings.
By enabling products and components to be managed using RFID, the CT4-LX helps improve identification accuracy and traceability across manufacturing and logistics processes.
