  • Notes:
  • 1. DJK and its consolidated subsidiaries in Japan and overseas have been included in the calculation of emissions, but small bases with a limited effect on overall emissions have been excluded.
  • 2. For Scope 2 emission factors, we use utility-specific emission factors for Japan and country-specific emission factors published by IGES and other sources for overseas regions.
  • 3. Scope 3 Categories 9, 10, 11, and 12 are excluded from our calculations, as the diversity of products sold and delivery destinations makes it difficult to obtain accurate data or perform reasonable estimations.
  • 4. Scope 3 Categories 6 and 7 have been included in calculations since FY2022, with Categories 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 added in FY2023. Data for FY2024 will be disclosed on this page once calculations are complete.
  • 5. For Scope 3 Category 6, calculations for FY 2022 were based on the number of domestic and overseas employees, using emission factors from the “Database for Emission Factors for GHG Accounting through Supply Chains” (Ministry of the Environment, Japan). From FY 2023, more refined calculations have been made using accounting data and emission factors derived from input–output tables.
