School Outreach
Through our partnership with NPO Para Can, we conduct school outreach programs where Masaharu Ishihara, para-athlete employee, and DJK volunteer members introduce wheelchair basketball to students at elementary, junior, and high schools.
We provide opportunities for children to deepen their understanding of diversity and inclusive society through para-sport experiences and interactions with para-athletes.
By engaging in this program, we promote sustainability while investing in our most important asset: our people. We are committed to fostering a diverse workforce and cultivating flexible, adaptable talent.
